RETURNS POLICY - UK SALES ONLY
If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they should notify us by our contact form here: http://www.rothfink.com/contact/returns-form/within seven days from the day after the date on which they received the goods. You will be provided with a return address after filling out or form.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use Recorded Delivery. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty and this fault has not been detailed in the listing. Goods returned must be un-used since purchase, in the same condition as at the time of sale and any merchandising must be in tact.
